Raman Kooner PREC*

Born and raised in Richmond, Raman knows and understands the city inside out, as both a resident and a real estate broker. His time in the industry stretches back over 15 years, and he has worked across a range of real estate niches. Raman’s extensive experience in everything from the construction of new homes to renovations, negotiations, land assembly, and lot acquisition qualifies him as an expert in new developments and all things related. Outside of the real estate world, Raman is an avid sportsman and regular player of soccer and hockey, as well as a volunteer coach for the Richmond Girls Soccer Association. Raman is a recipient of the Diamond Award from Sutton Realty, and a member of the Medallion Club. He is also fluent in English, Punjabi, and Hindi.
